Where do you ship from?

Our dispatch center is located in Hong Kong, from where all our orders are carefully packaged and sent.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt delivery, we encourage you to finalize your order carefully. However, should you need to make any changes or cancel, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made beyond this timeframe. Should you miss this window, you are welcome to return your order for a full refund upon receipt.
